Primavera Valdez is 100 % Western Working
Family bloodlines. You will find the great bloodlines of Mansfield, Gay
Mac, Querido, Bennington, General Gates, Sonfield, Ro Mac, Artemisia, Gay
Berta, Bessie Ro, Headlight Morgan, and Ethan Allen 3rd. He is producing
offspring with correct conformation and the athletic ability to excel in
all sport events. But, more important, they have the excellent temperament
to hold it all together under pressure! All of this and color in over 50%
of his foals.
I would like to tell you a little about what you can expect from breeding
your mare to Valdez. If the mare is a little longer backed or lighter in
the hip, he has improved the foals in 100 % of the breedings. He has a beautiful
masculine head with huge gentle eyes. His conformation is excellent. He
was Grand Champion Stallion several years ago when shown at the American
Buckskin Registry Association division. The judge was really impressed with
him. "Colored" Morgans are in great demand. Valdez's offspring
have sold between $3500 - $4500 for weanlings and yearlings. They seem to
sell as soon as they go on the market and we refer people that call us for
his offspring. He passes color to 50% of his foals regardless of the color
of the mare.
